Japanese Birthstones
Japanese Birthstones
A stone for every birth month — told through the raw, unpolished beauty of natural minerals.
Japan's official birthstone list was revised in 2021 by the Japan Jewellery Association — its first update in 63 years — adding ten new stones for a total of 29. Below, each month's stones are presented as TROZO's handmade raw-stone jewelry.

◆About the 2021 revision
In December 2021, Japan's National Gemstone Wholesalers Cooperative Association (Zenhokyo), with the support of the Japan Jewellery Association and the Yamanashi Crystal & Jewellery Cooperative, announced the first revision of Japan's birthstone list in 63 years. Stones marked “Added 2021” are the ones newly recognised in that revision. TROZO presents each as handmade raw-stone jewelry that lets the natural mineral speak for itself.
